Privacy Policy

ArtisticVisionAK is a custom gift basket business run by Jennifer Scheller in Sterling, Alaska. This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it. Short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to put your gift together and reply to you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you use the Gift Helper or the contact form, I receive what you type in: your name, email and phone, the details of the gift (the occasion, who it's for, your budget, the delivery date and area, and anything you tell me about them) and any photos you choose to upload. It is emailed to me and saved in my private dashboard so I can follow up.

When you order a basket, you check out on Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe handles your card and sends me what I need to fill the order, like your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered. I never see your full card number.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records things like the page you viewed, the referring site, your general location (country level) and your device type, in aggregate.

How I use it

I use your information to answer your questions, plan and quote a custom gift, and fill and deliver your order. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe. Form messages are delivered by FormSubmit, an email delivery service, and stored with Supabase, a database provider, in a dashboard run for me by my web provider, KingsWay Sites. Each handles data only to provide its service.

How long I keep it

Form messages and photos stay in my email and dashboard for as long as they are useful for the business. Ask and I will delete them. Order records stay in my Stripe account for my tax records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent me. Email artisticvisionak@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
